MY CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
To create your account on the CIPANGO PARIS online store, enter your e-mail address, which becomes your login, and the other required information in the appropriate fields.
Change your password. Click on "My account" and enter your login and password. Once logged in, you can view and modify your personal information.
If you still can't log in, please check that your e-mail address or password is correct, and make sure that it is case-sensitive. And if the problem persists, please enter the e-mail address you used to create your account and reset your password. A reconnection link will be emailed to you immediately.

The information you give us to process your order will only be used within the framework of our commercial relationship. Under no circumstances will this information be shared with third parties or sold. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. Your bank details will only be used for payment with our secure payment partner. We do not store any banking information about you.
The Wishlist option allows you to create a selection of products that you can then access at any time in your Customer Account. To do so, you must have or create a customer account on the site.
To add an item to your Wishlist, simply go to the product page and click on "Add to Wishlist". Please note that products added to your Wishlist are not reserved.
MY ORDERS
To place an order on the CIPANGO PARIS boutique, simply browse the site, accessing the products offered in the various categories. You can browse by item type or by universe. Choose the items you wish to purchase by clicking on "Add to basket". Once your products are in the shopping basket, you can check the contents by clicking on the basket, then click on the "Checkout" button. Your order is prepared in our warehouses within a maximum of 48 working hours, then handed over to the carrier according to the delivery method and country you have chosen.
To ensure optimal transaction security, our site only accepts online payment by credit card. You cannot order by telephone.
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 weeks (subject to stock availability). The order is then handed over to the carrier according to the delivery method and country selected. Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you automatically, and you will be able to track your delivery in real time.
It is currently not possible to cancel or modify your order. As soon as your payment has been confirmed, your order will be sent to our warehouse for preparation and dispatch as soon as possible. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we invite you to refuse your parcel. It will then be returned to our warehouse and we will refund your money.
It is currently not possible to change your delivery address. As soon as your payment has been confirmed, your order is sent to our warehouse for preparation, so that it can be dispatched as quickly as possible.
If your address is incorrect and the carrier is unable to deliver, your package will be returned to our warehouse and automatically refunded.
If you have not yet received your order and the delivery period has expired, please check your e-mail inbox and your junk mail. It is highly likely that you have received an e-mail informing you that the order has left our warehouse.
If you have selected home delivery or Relais Colis, you can check the status of your order under "My orders" in the My account section.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
You can choose from several payment methods:
BANK CARD
Carte Bleue, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
To purchase by credit card, select "By credit card" when choosing a payment method.
PAYPAL
To purchase using PayPal, select "by PayPal" when choosing your payment method, then click on "Confirm payment". You will then be redirected to PayPal's payment page.
PAYMENT IN 4X FREE OF CHARGE
At checkout, select the "Pay 4x free of charge" option. Enter your telephone number to confirm your eligibility with our partner. Your first monthly payment will be debited immediately, followed by the next two payments on D+30, D+60 and D+90.
The CIPANGO PARIS online store uses the Secure SSL online payment solution. This has been developed so that you can make your payments in an ergonomic, user-friendly environment, with optimum security and respect for privacy. Your bank details are transmitted directly to the bank and are not stored.
Shipping costs will be updated.
- For France the cost is 10 euros.
- For Europe the charge is 20 euros.
- For the United States, the charge is 35 euros.
- Free delivery for orders of 3 or more products.
SHIPMENT AND RECEPTION
Of course, we deliver to mainland France, but also to Europe and the United States.
Before initiating the investigation procedure, please ensure that no member of your family, neighbor or guardian has received the parcel for you.
If you have been away for more than 14 days, it is also possible that the parcel has been returned to us after the retention period at your post office has expired. In this case, your tracking will show "Parcel returned to sender / Parcel unclaimed".
RETURN & REFUND
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can return any item purchased on our site within 15 days of receipt of your order, without having to justify it, provided that the product is in perfect condition, unworn and unwashed.
After this period, no refund will be made.
To return your order, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your customer account to declare your return
- Click on the "orders" tab, select the order you wish to return and click on "return request".
- Simply fill in your request
- Validate and print the return slip and place it in your parcel (Please note that without the returns form, we will be unable to process your return and refund you).
- Go to your local post office and send your parcel to the following address:

At present, it is not possible to exchange an item purchased online on our site. We therefore invite you to return the products, which will be refunded, and place a new order.
TECHNICAL PROBLEM
These e-mails may be found in your " undesirable " mail or your " spam " folder in your e-mail software, which is increasingly sensitive to protecting the privacy of its users by identifying e-mails that are not part of your contacts, for example.
If your payment doesn't go through, check that your card numbers and expiry date are correct. Check with your bank to make sure they are not blocking your payment. For security reasons, customer service does not have access to your bank details.
The CIPANGO PARIS site is protected. You may be asked to enter a password, your date of birth or a dynamic one-time code sent by SMS. For further information, please contact your bank.
ABOUT OUR MODELS
If you are able to add a product to your basket, it means that we have it in stock. In fact, all products visible on the CIPANGO PARIS website are available for sale.
Products not in stock but available for pre-order are indicated by a "pre-order" label. You can add these products to your shopping cart and your payment will be debited as soon as the item is shipped.
If an item is no longer in stock, we invite you to click on the "NOTIFY ME OF AVAILABILITY" button on the product sheet. An email will automatically be sent to you as soon as the product is available again.
At CIPANGO PARIS, men's and women's sizes range from 34 to 42. And some items are one size fits all.
We guide you in your choice of size on all our product sheets, specifying the dimensions of the garment and those of the mannequin so that you can identify yourself.
All care instructions can be found in the product data sheets on the website and on the product labels. We recommend that you strictly follow these instructions.
