CONDITIONS TO MAKE A RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within two weeks of receiving your order.
You must make the return within the given time limit.

Online Purchase: You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in their original condition and retain all tags.

Please Note: In the details of your order, we will tell you the deadline by which you can make the return. We will also explain in detail how to return your order. The refund will be made if all these criteria have been met.

If your purchase does not match your size, you can make an exchange within two weeks of receiving your order.
You must make the exchange within the time limit

CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Custom-made Products: No refund or return will be accepted.

REFUND OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE

When you make a return of an online purchase, you will receive a refund of your order using the same payment method used for your purchase.
Once the return has been processed, we will send you an e-mail with the confirmation of the return.

HOME DELIVERY

• Free delivery from the purchase of three products Delivery in France.

For less than 3 products :

• Delivery in France: 10 EUR
• Delivery in Europe: 20 EUR
• Delivery Outside Europe: 30 EUR
• Delivery Time: at the latest two weeks after the order.

We try to send the orders as soon as possible but being a small brand, some orders sometimes require the launching of a small production which can delay the sending.
